Overview
OGO™ Toilet is a small but rapidly growing company based in Ohio. They design and manufacture composting toilets, distributing our products to customers in over 40 countries.
OGO™ Toilet serves both direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets, and as their international dealer network expanded, they found themselves in need of a reliable, scalable system to manage their B2B orders – without compromising their retail storefront or pricing structure.
Challenges
Before implementing B2Bridge, managing wholesale accounts was a major challenge for OGO™ Toilet. Each dealer had their own custom SKUs and unique pricing, which meant that all orders had to be handled manually. Dealers would send purchase orders by email, and their staff would spend hours cross-checking SKUs, applying discounts, and manually entering data into Shopify.
Making wholesale-only SKUs visible in their storefront wasn’t an option, and this limitation meant they had little automation or self-service capability for our dealers. The process was not only time-consuming but also left room for human error – incorrect prices, missing items, and miscommunication (especially with international partners).
They needed a solution that could give their dealers secure access to customers’ products and pricing while freeing up their internal team from tedious order management.
