The company specializes in innovative trailer movers, jacks, and accessories that make towing and trailer handling easier and more efficient.

Since launching in the early 2010s, Trailer Valet has introduced several standout products, including the original 5X Trailer Mover, the RVR remote-controlled mover in 2018, and the drill-powered JX Series in 2020.

Their growing product line now includes a wide range of movers, dollies, hitches, and accessories, serving thousands of RV, boat, and utility trailer owners across the U.S. and internationally.

As Trailer Valet’s retail business grew, the company began attracting more interest from business customers such as dealers, resellers, and bulk buyers.

Challenges

Solution

To address these needs, Trailer Valet adopted B2Bridge, an all-in-one B2B ecommerce solution designed for Shopify merchants. With B2Bridge, the company was able to solve every challenge in one platform:

  • Company Registration Forms allowed business customers to create verified company profiles.

  • Custom Price Lists enabled Trailer Valet to set up unique catalogs and negotiated pricing for each wholesale partner.

  • Unified Storefront Management:

    B2Bridge is a Shopify app, so it’s fully integrated with shopify. It means there was no need for a separate subdomain or duplicate products. Products are entered once in Shopify and automatically work for both retail and wholesale customers.

    When a B2B customer logs in, B2Bridge displays prices according to their assigned price list and provides access to a dedicated B2B portal. This includes quick order functionality and a separate cart to check out with net terms.

  • ERP Integration solution was consulted by B2Bridge Product Specialist. The integration connected wholesale orders directly into their backend system, including orders placed on net terms, ensuring smooth and accurate fulfillment.
