Challenges
JuntaDesign was one of the earliest customers to partner with B2Bridge. Initially focused on B2C sales, JuntaDesign aimed to expand into the B2B market to broaden their business reach. Key challenges included:
They had explored other apps but found none that provided all the necessary wholesale functionalities in one solution. Existing apps often required multiple integrations, complicating management and increasing overhead.
JuntaDesign needed to display wholesale prices clearly and exclusively to their wholesale customers, ensuring retail customers saw only the consumer prices.
To improve ordering efficiency for B2B clients, JuntaDesign needed a quick order form feature that would expedite the purchasing process for larger orders.
B2B customers often require net terms (delayed payment schedules), so implementing net terms functionality was essential for JuntaDesign’s new wholesale store.
JuntaDesign’s business model required the ability to charge additional fees customized per order or customer segment, which off-the-shelf apps did not readily support.
To better serve their market, they required their B2B storefront to be translated into Czech, ensuring an accessible and professional shopping experience for local wholesale customers.
Solution
B2Bridge was deployed as an all-in-one app to deliver the comprehensive B2B functionality desired by JuntaDesign, consolidating multiple features into one platform. The approach included:
Price List and Customer Group: Combining price lists with customer groups allowed JuntaDesign to accurately identify wholesale customers and display custom wholesale prices exclusively to them, solving the issue of differentiated pricing visibility.
Quick Order Form: B2Bridge tailored the quick order form by adding a column showing original retail prices, and ensuring only products assigned to wholesale customers appeared, thereby streamlining the bulk purchase process.
- Net Payment Terms: B2Bridge implemented support for net terms as part of the wholesale solution, enabling JuntaDesign to offer flexible payment options that align with their wholesale customers’ needs.
Customization of Extra Fees and Localization Support: B2Bridge customized the store to enable flexible handling of additional fees, allowing JuntaDesign to apply extra charges as needed for specific orders or customer groups. At the same time, B2Bridge provided full localization support by translating the B2B storefront interface – including the quick order form and pricing display – into Czech, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for local wholesale customers.
Over the course of one to two months, B2Bridge worked closely with JuntaDesign, collecting feedback regularly to refine and perfect the implementation until it fully met JuntaDesign’s operational needs.
